Saudi Highway Code SHC 602 — Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices
Roads General Authority
Chapter 4 carries every marking width, cadence and colour, the hatch and chevron geometry at 45 degrees, and the passing sight distances that trigger a no-passing zone. Chapter 3 carries the sign catalogue.
Convention on Road Signs and Signals
United Nations · 1968
Acceded 31 March 2022. This is why Saudi warning signs are white triangles with a red border rather than the yellow diamonds still described by older sources.
Traffic Law, Royal Decree M/85
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia · 1428 H
Article 53 fixes the right-hand side of travel; article 51 makes the annexed marks and signs part of the law itself.
