After installing you must provide a valid email address for activation.

System requirements

AutoCAD 2017+

Admin rights not needed for installation.

Installing CapCad

For installation, you only need permission to run .exe files AutoCAD / Civil 3D ZWCAD GstarCAD BricsCAD ARES Commander

Download the installer and run it. Authorize "Windows Defender" if it appears (choose "More info/Run anyway")

During installation you can choose CAD platform and CapProfile initial

After installation, when opening your CAD, navigate to the CapCad ribbon:

When running any command, and only the first time, you will see this message - click on "Always Load":

Activating CapCad

Click on any command or "CapCad Account" for activation. Enter your email and activation code which will be automatically sent afterwards. Don't forget to check all your email folders.

FAQ

• CapCad does not require VBA in any version or on any CAD platform. If you used older versions of CapCad, that requirement no longer applies.
• The operating system's decimal separator makes no difference (comma or full stop).
• The language of your CAD software makes no difference (English, Spanish, Portuguese, etc).
• The program files can be installed in any location, not necessarily C:\
• Not compatible with AutoCAD LT
• General problem during installation? Reset AutoCAD to its default settings, then download and install CapCad again.
• Hardware requirements are those of your CAD platform — for example AutoCAD/Civil 3D's.
