1003 Diag 1003 - Give way, double broken transverse (LDP equiv)
1004 TSM ch. 5 §2.4, Figure 2-4 — warning line: 4 m mark, 2 m gap, the inverse of the centre line's module. Replaces the centre line where forward visibility is restricted or on the approach to a hazard
1005 TSM ch. 5 §2.3, Figure 2-3 — lane line: 1 m mark, 5 m gap. Lane lines should never be wider than the centre or warning line. Width 100 mm, or 150 mm on the wider roads of Table 2-1
1008 TSM ch. 5 §2.2, Figure 2-1 — centre line, single carriageway: 2 m mark, 4 m gap. Always used where the permanent speed limit is 40 mph or less. Width 100 mm, or 150 mm on roads 10 m or more wide
1010 Diag 1010 - Broken edge line through junctions and lay-bys (LCO equiv)
1012.1 TSM ch. 5 §2.5, Table 2-5 — continuous edge of carriageway line. 100 mm up to 60 mph with no hard shoulder or hard strip, 150 mm where there is one, 200 mm on motorways
