Upon acquiring CapCad, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with these terms. This license does not imply the transfer of intellectual property, which remains under the ownership of CapCad.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

The use of the software is subject to the corresponding payment according to the published subscription plans. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, with prior reasonable notice.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Users have the right to cancel their subscription or request a refund within the first 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy below for more details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content related to CapCad, including software, logos, designs, text, and graphics, is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. The user has no right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any component of the software without prior written permission from CapCad.

6. Limitation of Liability

CapCad will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. Our maximum commitment will, in any case, be the amount paid for the software in the applicable period.

Refund Policy

At CapCad, our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:

1. Deadline to Request a Refund

Customers may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, refund requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Conditions
